An official visit by the Greek Foreign Minister to Vienna marks an end to a brief chapter of strained relations over the refugee crisis. But Athens still blames Austria for delaying an EU-wide solution. Austria, meanwhile is defending its closed-door refugee policy, blaming the EU for lack of initiative.
