MEPs warn EU-Turkey refugee deal close to collapse

Members of the European Parliament in Brussels have warned that the Turkey-EU refugee deal is close to collapse. They say both sides have failed to fulfill their obligations. Rights groups are also warning about desperate situation of stranded asylum seekers in Greece. Press TV’s Jerome Hughes has more from Brussels.
