UN urges nuclear weapons states to engage in disarmament talks

U-N Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has urged nuclear weapons states to engage in disarmament talks. Ban made the remark at a U-N event marking the 20th anniversary of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. From Vienna, Press TV’s Homa Lezgee reports.
