Buffon stops penalty as Juventus takes huge step towards title

Juventus has taken another step towards its 5th successive Serie A title after gaining a precious 2-1 away victory against Fiorentina in Florence.

The old lady took the lead through Mario Manjukich as he netted the ball with a cracking left-footed volley into the bottom left corner from 20 yards.

The hosts managed to score the equalizer in the 28th minute through substitute Nikola Kalinich who fired a tremendous finish, curling it into the right corner.

It just took 2 minutes for Juve to take back the lead as Alvaro Morata found himself unmarked to tap home from a yard out.

In the dying minutes of the match, the legendary golie Gianluigi Buffon lived up to his reputation and saved all 3 points for Juventus with a stunning save down to his left.
