In Spain the giants Real Madrid have hit the training ground ahead of Saturday’s La Liga clash against Rayo Vallecano.

The Glaticos will be without the services of Portuguese Ace Cristiano Ronaldo for their trip to Rayo Vallecano.

The Portuguese Star will be sidelined after picking-up a Thigh Strain. There are still doubts over Ronaldo’s preparedness for Tuesday's Champions League semi-final first leg clash against Man City.

Wednesday's 3-0 home win over Villarreal was Los Blancos' 8th straight league victory, and they will be confident of extending their run against their struggling neighbors.

On the other side, Rayo thought they had snatched an important win at Malaga in mid-week, before conceding a goal in injury time to draw 1-all, and with other results not going their way, they remain very much in the relegation battle with only three points clear of the relegation zone.

Rayo’s trip to the Bernabeu in December saw them concede 10 times, although back then, they were playing for an hour with 9 men.
