European experts discuss roots of homegrown terrorism

European governments need to increase social tolerance and refrain from singling out the Muslim community if they want to stop the spread of homegrown terrorism. That was the conclusion reached among a group of European researchers who gathered in Vienna to discuss foreign militants among the ranks of Daesh.
