Tehran: Iran’s missile program not related to JCPOA

The US Treasury Department has blacklisted two Iranian companies for allegedly supporting Iran’s ballistic missile program. The sanctions cut off the two firms from international finance. The US says the companies are working for an industrial group, which the United States alleges is in charge of Iran’s ballistic missile program. The Treasury Department also blacklisted two British citizens for running businesses that have provided support for Mahan Air, an Iranian airline. Washington claims Mahan Air transports funds and arms for Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps.
