Dog takes care of 5 orphaned Cheetah cubs at US zoo
Dogs may have a reputation as man's best friend, but one zoo in America is using the animal to help five newborn cheetah cubs feel at ease. This is Blakely, an Australian shepherd dog who is looking after these adorable cubs at the Cincinnati Zoo. The babies lost their mother shortly after they were born via Cesarean section. So Blakely is now acting as their mum by providing them with warmth and some climbing exercises too. Zoo workers say they are bottle-feeding the cubs every three hours, and they hope the dog can teach them important behavioral skills.
