Israel’s opposition party calls for separating from the Palestinians

Palestinians have reacted angrily to a recent proposal by the Israeli opposition leader to unilaterally separate from Palestinians. They say the plan paves the way for further militarization of the occupied territories and will force Palestinians to live under Israeli occupation.
