A complete shutdown has brought the Indian-controlled Kashmir to a standstill. The Kashmiris are commemorating the death anniversary of Afzal Guru, who was hanged in 2013 for his role in the Indian parliament attack. Press TV's Syed Ali Safvi has more for us from Kashmir.
