Wildlife photographer, Amos Nachoum captures images of huge marine animals.

For thirty-five years, Amos Nachoum who lives in the US, has been leading expeditions to photograph the largest aquatic animals in their natural habitats including sharks, crocodiles and blue whales.

After spending five days in the waters of the coast of Canada, he captured the amazing moment a mother polar bear taught her cubs to swim. On the day he took the stunning close-up images, he spent 45 minutes from initial contacts with the bears to being able to approach them on the water.

Amos tried to take a similar set of pictures ten years ago with a single, male polar bear. Unfortunately, the bear perceived him as a threat and chased Amos to a depth of 75 feet. Luckily he escaped unharmed!
