EU legislators have expressed outrage at how member governments and institutions are turning a blind eye to a growing number of hate crimes against refugees. During a debate in the European Parliament, it was also highlighted how crime gangs are being allowed to exploit thousands of vulnerable refugee children. Jerome Hughes has the details:
