The South Korean capital Seoul sees a troubling transformation of some unique neighborhoods that began after an unprecedented hike in rents. The issue has particularly hit the small businesses that have been forced out of their original neighborhoods due to increased rents. The government says it will battle this gentrification with a new plan that includes its intervention in the commercial real estate market. Our South Korea correspondent Frank Smith reports from Seoul.
