Asia's largest drone show kicks off in Busan

Asia's largest drone festival has kicked off in the South Korean city of Busan.

Asia's largest drone festival has kicked off in South Korea’s Busan city, displaying a variety of drones ranging from light unmanned aerial vehicles to toy drones.

Over 50 domestic and foreign drone technology companies are at the 2016 Drone Show Korea, showing off about 100 cutting-edge drones.

There are different types of UAVs including agriculture drones, disaster prevention and response drones, aerial filming drones, delivery drones, recreational drones and fixed-wing drones.

One Korean key technology in the fair is the tilt-rotor drone which is capable of vertical takeoff and landing like helicopters. It can also shift its wings to fly like airplanes.
