Lebanon parliament once more delays vote to pick president

Lebanon’s parliament has once again postponed the presidential election, because of a failure to obtain a quorum for electing the new president. This comes amid speculation that MPs have already narrowed down their choices for president to former army commander Michel Aoun and President of Marada Movement Suleiman Franjieh. From Beirut, our correspondent Rahshan Saglam explains.
