US government fraught with corruption

Did you know that while the US has to refinance $7.1 trillion of debt by 2020, out of an overall $18.6 trillion debt, it continues to deal with government waste in the millions of dollars, year after year? It makes you wonder whether this waste is done on purpose.

Every year, the US federal government loses billions of dollars to waste, fraud and abuse. Unfortunately, 2014 was no exception, even though auditors issue plenty of red flags on projects that were inefficient or wasteful. But this happens every year, so much so, that there are suspicions that these programs may also be fraught with fraud, like the Source America fraud.

Some examples of this waste are: $100 billion in aid squandered in Afghanistan, or the Feds blowing $100 billion annually in incorrect payments.
