Oil price decline affects Venezuelan economy

The price of Venezuela's crude oil has dropped to under 29 dollars per barrel and this has affected the Latin American country’s oil-dependent economy. The opposition says in this situation they can build on their parliamentary elections victory because most citizens cannot stand President Nicolas Maduro's government anymore. However, Maduro has promised to overcome the crisis.
