Spain's ruling party wins polls, falls short of gaining majority

In Spain, bipartisanship is officially over after Sunday's elections. Although the ruling Popular Party gained most of the votes, it will find it very difficult to form a government with a very fragmented parliament. The Socialist Party came in second place and the anti-austerity Podemos came in third. Now come the negotiations between parties and forming coalitions to see who will govern Spain.
