Pakistan holds first-ever local govt. polls in Islamabad

Pakistan regularly holds local government elections in a declared bid to strengthen democracy at grassroots level. Ironically however, such elections have been held in the capital Islamabad for the first time ever. As Press TV's Kamran Yousaf reports, the vote is seen as a referendum on the policies of both the government and the opposition.
