2,400 Palestinians arrested by Israeli forces since beginning of October

2,400 Palestinians have been arrested by Israeli soldiers in the occupied Palestinian territories since the outbreak of the current uprising in early October. 1,200 among them are children. Most of the detentions occurred in Jerusalem al-Quds, and al-Khalil. As our correspondent in Ramallah Mona Kandil reports, currently 7,000 Palestinians are behind bars.
