Kashmiris grappling with power crisis amid government negligence

The Indian-controlled Kashmir is struggling with a severe power crisis as the cold season sets in. Local residents spend long periods of time in complete darkness as the government is failing to meet the demand for electricity. Our correspondent Syed Ali Safvi tells us more about the problem.
