US says Kunduz hospital attack tragic mistake

The top US commander in Afghanistan has announced that several servicemen were suspended over last month’s attack on a hospital in the Afghan city of Kunduz that killed 30 patients and Doctors Without Border staff. But international organizations continue to demand war crimes charges to be pressed against the U-S military. Press TV correspondent Elian el-Khamissi has more.
