Concerns of energy crisis arise in Ukraine amid Crimean blackout

Crimea has gone without electricity for several days. Ukrainian authorities are repairing major pylons that lead to the peninsula. It's not clear how exactly the power lines were damaged but officials say some sort of explosive device may have caused the damage.
