As recession looms over Europe once again the European Commission has dealt a harsh blow on the Spanish government. The European governing body says Madrid must revise its 2016 spending plan if it is to meet the EU budget deficit targets. The demand comes at a politically sensitive moment for Spain as it's about to hold general elections in December. Press TV's correspondent Daniela Sepulveda has a report from Madrid.
