UN members invited to visit school's international standards in Tehran

Iran has been one of the most active countries regarding the UN Worldwide Initiative for Safe Schools. Two thirds of the identified vulnerable schools in the country have been renovated. A delegation consisting of technical experts and members of the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction have been invited to visit some of the schools in Tehran, which have recently been reconstructed to meet the international standards. Our correspondent, Hamid Javani reports.
