Press TV has interviewed historian Webster Griffin Tarpley and Lawrence J. Korb, a senior fellow at the Center for American Progress, both from Washington, to discuss the relentless Saudi genocide in Yemen during the month of Hajj pilgrimage.

Tarpley condemns the outrageous Saudi mass murder in Yemen that is condoned by the international community, adding that the Saudi monarch and its allies decided to pursue a bloody and genocidal military approach toward Yemen.

He accuses American politicians of having been bought by Saudi Arabia to keep a blind eye on Riyadh’s war crimes in Yemen.

Tarpley concludes that the former government in Yemen was a product of a coup or a color revolution in the Arab nation, adding that fugitive former President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi was installed to be under the rule of the House of Saud.

For his part, Korb believes the Saudis are concerned that the overthrow of the former Yemeni government would repeat itself in neighboring monarchies.
