Ukrainian parliament majority split over constitutional law voting

East Ukraine has been enjoying relative calm in fighting for almost 5 days. However the Ukrainian capital Kiev has become a scene of political turbulence and even violence. After a deadly protest outside the parliament’s building, one of the coalition parties decided to quit the ruling alliance over the vote on special status for Donbas that's part of a Minsk peace agreement.
