Ukraine and pro-Russian call for ceasefire before beginning of school year

The Ukrainian government and pro-Russian forces have called for a ceasefire just before the beginning of new school year in the country. The fresh push for peace was made during a trilateral meeting in the Belarusian capital of Minks on Wednesday. But Press T-V’s Lena Savchuk says the call for truce comes amid fresh flare-up of violence in the country’s east.
