Bin Laden's son, Hamza, calls for terror attacks on US, allies

The unverified photo allegedly shows Osama bin Laden’s son, Hamza

Osama bin Laden’s son, Hamza, has reportedly called for attacks to be carried out on US and its allies, claims a message by al-Qaeda terrorist group.

During the message, Hamza bin Laden allegedly urged terrorists to carry out lone wolf terrorist attacks in Washington, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv, the Independent reported on Saturday.

The director of SITE Intelligence Group, Rita Katz, announced the release of the audio message on her Twitter, saying Hamza is offering “strategies” for Takfiri activities across the globe.

“AQ leadership wants Hamza as a future leader: someone loved & inspirational, without a negative reputation or participation in infighting,” Katz tweeted, abbreviating the group’s name.

The whereabouts of Hamza Bin Laden, thought to be in his mid-twenties, are not known.

His father was the leader of al-Qaeda until May 2011, when the US announced that he had been killed by American forces in a compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan.
