UN creates body to probe Syria chemical attacks

The UN Security Council has unanimously passed a resolution that will set up a body to investigate the use of chemical weapons against civilians in Syria. The panel is also tasked to track down the perpetrators of 20-13 attacks in the suburbs of Damascus which killed dozens of people. Syria says the attack was carried out by ISIL terrorists.
