A meeting at the United Nations headquarters in New York has presented a new process for negotiations regarding the Syria war. U-N Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon backed a plan to establish working groups to begin negotiating a political resolution to the conflict. As our correspondent Caleb Maupin reports, the Syrian envoy to the United nations urged countries in the region to stop facilitating anti-government terrorism.
