David Cameron has ruled out another Scottish independence referendum as long as he is the prime minister. The British premier says there is QUOTE no need for another vote after a decisive referendum held in September. However, former S-N-P leader Alex Salmond believes a second poll is inevitable and that the timing is up to First Minister Nicola Sturgeon.
