Every Ramadan, hundreds of Palestinians flock to visit Al-Aqsa Mosque for worship at the holy site.

Palestinians go to Al-Aqsa Mosque to re-establish the connection they have between themselves and the Al-Aqsa Mosque. We will follow some worshippers as they travel from Ramallah to Jerusalem al-Quds, and witness the hardships they face. We will also try to follow the Palestinians who attempt to sneak in to visit Al-Aqsa Mosque without a permit.

Palestinians visit Al-Aqsa Mosque and sometimes stay there over night or for several days. Palestinians stay in Al-Aqsa Mosque to break their fast in the courtyard and spend the remainder of the night worshipping God.

The journey to Al-Aqsa Mosque is wrought with hardships, from passing through an Israeli military checkpoint to gaining entry to the old city of Jerusalem Al-Quds to finally reaching the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
