Press TV has interviewed Shabir Hassan Ali, a political analyst from London, and Jihad Mouracadeh, a political commentator from Beirut, to discuss the recent terror attacks, claimed by ISIL, against Shia mosques in Saudi Arabia.

Hassan Ali says the Riyadh regime and the Persian Gulf sheikhdoms, along with their masters in Israel, the US and the UK, are completely responsible for the terrorist attacks against Shia mosques in Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi authorities are not only supporting the Takfiri mentality, but such type of terrorism is part of Riyadh’s strategy to achieve some sort of “hegemony” in the Middle East, he argues.

The political expert slammed the Al Saud regime for its indiscriminate bombardment of Yemen, saying the Saudis are commiting the same crimes that are being perpetrated at the hands of Israel against Palestinians.

The ISIL “is a manufactured entity and part of the political policy of the Zionists,” he maintains, adding that the Saudis along with other Persian Gulf monarchies as well as Turkish, Israeli and American officials are funding and supporting Takfiri terrorism to destabilize the region.

In turn, Mouracadeh believes Riyadh is serious in the fight against terror, saying Saudi authorities are concerned about ISIL plots to fuel tension between Sunni and Shia Muslims in the kingdom.
