Iraqi forces kill nearly 40 terrorists east of Ramadi

Reports coming out of Iraq say at least 37 ISIL terrorists have been killed in artillery attacks east of the city of Ramadi. 

Iraqi security sources say a number of vehicles belonging to the terrorists have also been destroyed in the operation. Iraqi army forces, backed by Shia and Sunni fighter, also managed to retake two strategic regions from the terrorists southwest of Ramadi. Officials say the liberation of Tash and Humayrah is significant, because they cut the terrorists’ supply line into Ramadi. The army and volunteers have besieged the strategic city from three directions.
