Iraq's city of Karbala is hosting an annual festival for the holy month of Sha'ban. The seven-day festival has attracted high-ranking officials from over 40 countries. On the third day of the festival, the life of the fourth Shia Imam - Ali Bin Al-Hussein, was celebrated with millions flocking to the Holy city.
