Iran beats Czech Republic again in volleyball warm-up

Visitor Iran has handed the Czech volleyball team a similar 3-0 defeat in their second friendly in Pribram, southwest of capital Prague.

Under Serbian coach Slobadan Kovac, Iran won its last friendly ahead of its campaign in the 2015 FIVB Volleyball World League 25-23, 25-19, and 32-30 on Saturday.

A day earlier, Iran had drubbed the host 25-18, 25-21, and 25-15.

Thirty-two countries compete in the 26th edition of the annual men's international tourney, 2015 FIVB Volleyball World League, which started on May 16 and will end on July 19.

In Pool B of Group 1, Iran will be arrayed against the United States, Poland, and Russia.

According to the fixtures, the Iranian side will play the United States in Galen Center of Los Angeles on May 30 and 31.

Iran was ranked fourth in the 25th edition of the world meet in 2014.
