Press TV has conducted an interview with Wilmer Leon, a columnist and political commentator in Washington, to discuss the killing of black Americans by US police officers.

Leon says that discrimination against the black population has been endemic in America since colonies were established there.

Referring to the murder of black people in the US, especially in recent months, he says, “This is evidence of a racist America since the first African set foot on shores in the 1619.”
