Press TV has conducted an interview with Max Igan, a radio host and political commentator in Brisbane, to discuss the ongoing Saudi military aggression against Yemen.

The political commentators believes that the Saudi monarchy and its backers in Washington seek to install a puppet regime in Yemen, and want to set up military bases across the Arab country, which is of geostrategic significance.

Igan strongly criticizes the US and its allies such as Saudi Arabia for aggressively attacking other sovereign nations in recent years under the false pretext of self-defense.

He says the US and its allies have also been conspiring against Iran by waging wars against those regional nations who have maintained friendly ties with Tehran.

The political analyst concludes by saying that certain Israeli lobbies exercise a great deal of influence over US policy toward the Middle East region.
