Revolution needed in US to stop attacks against Muslims: Kevin Barrett

Barrett said Muslims in the United States are under a massive attack by the authorities.

An American scholar and journalist says a revolution is required in the United States in order to stop the ongoing systematic terror against Muslims in the country.

“We need a revolution here in the United States whether through the legal apparatus or otherwise because these people are the worst criminals against humanity in all of human history,” said Kevin Barrett, who is the founding member of Muslim-Jewish-Christian Alliance.

He made the remarks while commenting on a shooting incident in North Carolina in which a Muslim family was attacked. The home of the family was hit by a hail of gunfire early Tuesday and led to the injury of a woman.

“Muslims in the United States today are being systematically terrorized, not just by these kinds of incidents, but of course also by the authorities,” Barrett told Press TV on Wednesday.

“It’s not just the crazy criminals and lowlife uneducated dopes of Fox News, who are perpetuating these kinds of attacks against Muslims, but Muslims are also terrorized by the FBI, which is infiltrating virtually every mosque in the United States,” said Barrett.

“Muslims in the United States are under a kind of massive attack by the authorities, by the propaganda apparatus,” he further said.

Barrett noted that the media in the United States “is owned and operated largely by Zionist enemies of Islam who have attempted to weep the American population into a frenzy of murderous hatred against Muslims.”

“It worked to a certain extent. We have got this war on Islam at every level, including in North Carolina where crazy people have guns are shooting at Muslims.”

“These people need to be arrested and tried for mass murder, crimes against humanity, [and] propaganda for genocide,” he concluded.
