Press TV has conducted an interview with Randy Short, human rights activist from Washington, to discuss a report by US Justice Department documenting the police department in Ferguson, Missouri of systemic discrimination.

Short said the report by the Justice Department is "quite hypocritical" when there is racial discrimination happening everywhere in the United States all the time. He also says it is an attempt to deflect the criticism that came from the United Nations High Commissioner for Human rights.

Short further argues that the United States denies human rights to African-Americans systematically and the Justice Department does not enforce civil rights laws.
