Iran Leader advises against any deal that contradicts national interests

The leader of Iran's Islamic Revolution says having no nuclear agreement is better than reaching a deal which contradicts national interests.
Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei was addressing the Air Force commanders in Tehran. He said that Iran’s negotiating team is trying to remove the threat of sanctions. Ayatollah Khamenei noted that in order to reach a deal with the five-plus-one group, Iran has temporarily halted the development of its enrichment machines, the enrichment of uranium to the level of 20 percent, as well as the nuclear facilities in Arak and Fordo. He stressed that Iran has acted logically, but that the other side is pressing ahead with its excessive demands.
