Press TV has interviewed Donald Hellmann, a professor at the Jackson School of International Studies in Seattle, to discuss the decapitation of two Japanese nationals by the ISIL Takfiri terrorists.

The political commentator believes that the recent heinous action of beheading Japanese freelance journalist Kenji Goto and his fellow Haruna Yukawa will force Japan to lead a campaign against the terrorists by pledging funds and resources in the battle.
