Art on commission at West Bank wall

A group of Palestinian graffiti artists in the West Bank is taking online orders to spray-paint personal messages on Israel's security wall.
The $40 messages can be serious or funny in content, however, the group does not accept orders for messages that are obscene, offensive or extremist hate speech. Clients get three digital pictures of the finished work.
The 8-meter high and 620-km barrier of massive concrete blocks allegedly set up by Israel to keep out suicide bombers, brings to mind the Berlin Wall which divided the German capital for 28 years.
"It is a new way to speak with the people, that we the Palestinians exist," says graffiti artist Yusef Njm.
The graffiti artists, all members of the Palestinian Peace and Freedom Youth Forum, have collaborated with a Dutch Christian organization on the project, intending to use all profits on social and cultural projects in the West Bank.
