'Gaza: World's foremost issue'

The Leader of Iran's Islamic Revolution says the ongoing Israeli genocide in the Gaza Strip is the foremost issue before the world today. Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei once again denounced the United States and Europe for backing Israel's brutalities against Palestinians. He said that Zionists and their American and European backers cannot change the world public opinion on Gaza. Iran's Leader said that Palestine must return to its real owners and that the normalization with the Zionist regime would not solve the issue of West Asia at all. He also touched on the growing anger at universities in the US and Europe, saying that student protests there would gradually increase pressure on the Israeli regime. Ayatollah Khamenei was addressing thousands of teachers who had assembled in Tehran on the occasion of National Teachers' Day.

US-Israel genocide

The Israeli genocidal war on Gaza takes more civilian lives as the regime continues to strike residential buildings across the Palestinian territory. At least five people, including three kids, were killed in the latest airstrikes in Gaza. The attacks hit a house in the southern city of Rafah and an apartment in the Nuseirat refugee camp, central Gaza. Rescue teams, meanwhile, recovered nine bodies from the Khan Yunis camp in the south. The Palestinian death toll from Israel's genocide in Gaza is nearing 34,570 since early October. Most of those killed are women and children. At least 77,700 others have been injured as well. Over ten thousand civilians are still trapped under the rubble.
